Scope and Contents Papers concerning supplies and men for the army in Scotland addressed to General Bland, c.1747-1748.Having served under the Duke of Cumberland at the Battle of Culloden, General Bland was made commander-in-chief in Scotland in September 1747, and arrived in his Edinburgh command the following month.
